Advantages of CCA Busbar

1.Excellent Conductivity: when Alternating current (AC) flow through the conductor, the closer to the conductor surface, the greater current density would be due to non-uniform current distribution on the cross section of the conductor caused by inductive effects , The phenomenon is known as "skin effect." resistivity in Conductor surface will affect their overall conductive effectiveness. With the reasonable design for thickness of the copper layer, The CCA Busbar have large current-carrying capacity ,it can withstand higher electric and thermal stress ,it could dissipate the heat generated quickly as the bonded layer between copper and aluminum does not exist a large number of copper-aluminum intermetallic compounds. This kind of product could meet most customer needs in electric field.

2.Good Bonded Layer Between Copper And Aluminum: the Different manufacturing process for CCA busbar will lead to the various bonded intensity in material. The casting process could make cooper and aluminum fused well in even and certain thick layer with atomic bonding , which have high bonded intensity.Processed in continuous casting billet, Fisend CCA Busbar have metallurgical bonding layer between copper and aluminum.

Metallographic photo as follows: the formation of metallurgical bonding layer could make CCA have a good process performance and carry out cold /hot pressure processing and shaping , which the other bimetallic material with layer combined by or van der Waals force can’t act.

3.Lighte Weight: compared with that of copper, The density of CCA is only 37%~40%, but the length or volume is 2.5-2.7 times if in the equivalent weight

4.Wonderful Ductility: being special heat treated, CCA busbar with good plasticity is easier to be processed in punching, shearing and bending. To ensure corrosion resistance ,Tinning and Galvanizing could be treated on the surface of the CCA busbar.
